The Downswing:

The downswing is one of the key elements of the game so you need to keep your head in the same position. Start your downswing with the hips and you should keep your head behind the ball until you follow through. Try not use your right hand to in an attempt to generate more power. The power in your golf swing will come from the leverage in the angle between your wrists and the club. Try to hold the angle between the wrists and the club as much as possible so that you can generate maximum power.
If you rush the downswing poor shots and inconsistency will be the result. You need to gradually increase the speed on the downswing and make sure your balance is good and swing well within yourself.

Are you ready for the NEXT STEP!
