Ohio students who want to attend Ohio State University can apply for the Land Grant Opportunity Scholarships. The scholarship program offers $17,000 per year to scholarship recipients from one of each of Ohio’s counties. The program’s goal is to encourage low-income and first-generation college students to attend college.
