Easton SK16 Hammer Softball Bats
Easton’s SK16 hammer is designed for low compression balls and that is true
in two ways: when hitting maximum compression balls, the bat responds in
much the same way as the original Easton type softball bats did when hitting
the harder COR and compression balls of its day – with outstanding top
performance and more pop than you maybe thought the swing deserved.
So it is extremely important that the Hammer be used only in situations
where 44 COR/375 compression softballs, or softer, are being used. Under
those conditions, this bat will have you believing that it is 1996 all over
again and you can hit any pitch, on any swing, out of the park.
The Hammer has a smooth, anodized finish. It has Easton’s usual 13-inch
barrel thin 7/8” handle. It features Easton’s bat rotation index and
Wilson’s Positrack basketball texture grip. It meets all new Bat Performance
