If you are serious about trying out for college cross country then you should consider attending a college track / cross country camp. Most of the best colleges and universities hold their own camps as well over the summer. These track and field camps  will provide you with very specific extra training and development and also get you noticed by the college coaches.

One of the first things you need to get done if you want to be in line for a college cross country-track scholarship is to register and be certified by the NCAA Initial-Eligibility Clearinghouse. You will need to Visit the NCAA Academic Eligibility section of our website to gauge what initial-eligibility standards you need to have.

The NCAA eligibility Center is an agency of the National Collegiate Athletic Association that certifies the initial eligibility of all perspective student-athletes who register to compete as a freshman athlete at NCAA Division I and II member institutions.

Please take the time to check out the rest of our website for more detailed information about the college recruiting process.
