The Big 12 Conference of the National Collegiate Athletic Association is one of the most successful conferences in the NCAA. the league has been established for twelve years. The Big 12 covers over 4,600 student-athletes in Twenty one sports. The conference is based in Irving, Texas.

Competitive excellence, sportsmanship and scholarship are all equal in the philosophy of the big 12.

The Big 12 sponsors twenty one sports. Women's teams are basketball, indoor track & field, outdoor track & field, cross country, softball, swimming, golf, gymnastics, soccer, tennis and volleyball.  Men's teams are swimming & diving, baseball, football, golf, basketball, cross country, indoor track & field, outdoor track & field, tennis and wrestling.
