Atlantic Sun Conference

The Atlantic Sun Conference of the NCAA is a college athletic conference which is situated mainly on the east coast of the USA. Atlantic Sun is a Division I conference and one of the few that does not sponsor football.
The conference was formerly named Trans America Athletic Conference (TAAC) and has been established for thirty years.

The league’s has an enviable academic record that continues to grow. Fifty eight percent of all student-athletes achieved a 3.0 grade point average (GPA) or better which is a record for the conference. Member colleges of Atlantic Sun also reached or bettered the 50% All-Academic success rate for its student-athletes.
