Dakota athletic conference region III

the Dakota Athletic conference is a member of the NAIA and has a stated aim to promote sportsmanship and well rounded athletic programs that contribute to the total educational outcomes of each student athlete.

The conference is also known as DAC 10 and member schools come from North and south Dakota.

The following intercollegiate sports are offered:

Women's Cross Country, Volleyball, Golf, Basketball, Soccer, Softball and Track & Field.

Men's Cross Country, Football, Wrestling, Golf, Basketball, Baseball and Track & Field.

Curling was a demonstration sport at the 1924, 1932, 1988 and 1992 Olympic Winter Games, and enjoyed full-medal status for the 1st time at the 1998 Olympic Winter Games at (Karuizawa) Nagano, Japan.
