Chicagoland collegiate athletic conference region VII

The Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference comprises Fifteen member schools and is a affiliated conference of the NAIA.

The conference is part of Region VII of the NAIA while in some sports the conference champion qualifies directly for national competition. CCAC sanctions regular season league play as well as a post-season tourney. It is the only conference in the NAIA nationally to be affiliated in both divisions of men's and women's basketball.

The following intercollegiate sports are offered:

Women's Cross Country, Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball DI & DII and Softball.

 Men's Cross Country, Soccer, Basketball DI & DII and Baseball.

The four major swimming strokes are Freestyle, Breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly. The breaststroke and butterfly are the most difficult to master compared to the backstroke and crawl.

They found that both patterns of brisk walking lead to a decrease in diastolic blood pressure. Significant reductions in feelings of tension and anxiety were found with brisk walking of both patterns. Maximal oxygen uptake increased more with short bouts than with long, however.
