HISTORY AND RULES OF PAINTBALL

In order to play paintball, a participant does need to have the necessary gear. The basic setup would include a marker or paintball gun with a hopper to hold the paintballs and a tank filled with Nitrogen or Carbon Dioxide.

Some required safety gear should include a mask that covers your entire face and it is recommended that you wear durable clothing. The clothing should also cover your legs and arms. Most tournament-type competitors will wear jumpers or camouflage clothing that distinguishes their team. Players also choose pants that have extra pockets and padding, arm and kneepads and several upgrades for their guns.

Scenario - Some players tend to play scenario games where there is a theme that is followed throughout the day and if a competitor gets shot, they are able to return to the game after a brief time out.
