Hannibal-LaGrange College is a 4 year liberal arts school fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The College was founded in 1858 in LaGrange, Missouri, the campus moved downriver to Hannibal in 1928.

The Institution is only minutes from downtown Hannibal and other areas of interest and is only One-hundred miles north of St. Louis. The college campus is set on 110 acres of scenic hills and woods on the bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River.

Hannibal-LaGrange currently offers more than thirty majors, including Pre-engineering and Respiratory Care.  The small class sizes at the college create more interaction between students and teachers.  All academic departments promote hands-on involvement in potential career fields, including internships.

For students with a high level of academic ability, Hannibal LaGrange offers an Honors program, which entitles students to a semester of study in the United Kingdom. The School also has a Career Services Office that helps students in job placement, either while at college or at graduation.

  • A sports program with membership in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletes (NAIA) Division I.
  • The Mabee Sports Complex, including a gymnasium with basketball courts and multi-purpose courts for volleyball, tennis, and indoor baseball/softball practice. The Sports complex also has a weight room, racquet ball courts and the Stewart Fitness Center, equipped with elliptical machines, treadmills and exercise bikes.
  • A baseball field, softball field and 2 soccer grounds.
  • Women’s, men's and coed intramural sports.
    Steroid Prevention Program
  • Fan Tan is a very easy and fun card game for 4 players, although you can play single-deck Fan Tan with as little as 3 and as many as 6 players.
