Pinehurst Resort & Country Club is classed by many as one of the best golf resorts in the world. the Club has eight world class courses hidden away in a North Carolina forest.

Pinehurst has played host to more golf championships than any other site in the USA, and was given National Historic Landmark status in 1996 for its role in the development of the game. The most famous of the eight course at Pinehurst is number Two. This championship course layout was designed by Donald Ross and is simply magnificent.

Pinehurst Number 2 stretches over 7,028 yards with a par of 72. Tree-lined fairways rolling terrain, and gently undulating greens combine to challenge the golfer on this beautiful course. Over the years, Pinehurst Number Two has hosted the Ryder Cup, Amateur Championships and of course PGA.

Pinehurst Number 2 is now home to the PGA Tour Championship, the grand finale of the United States Tour.
