Are there any diets that are
healthy for the psyche or physique, or are all
diets doomed to fail?
Strength
training is all about increasing muscle strength. To do this a
muscle must be "loaded" with some type of resistance. It matters
little whether the resistance is applied to a muscle via machines,
barbells, dumbbells, stretch cords, sandbags, bricks or even other human
beings.
Yoga offers an excellent way to
develop healthy coping skills, relieving the stress so common in today's
frantic, daily routines.
Resveratrol is a very powerful
antioxidant that slows down the aging process, speeds up metabolism,
lowers blood sugar, encourages good heart health, and even lowers
cholesterol!
