An
Irreplaceable Lesson By Elizabeth Shaffer.
Cheerleading has taught me a valuable lesson—no matter how hard or
tough a situation might seem, with a little heart, hard work and
dedication, you can turn bad to good.
It's All About Futbol By Elizebeth Hernandez. Just to clarify I’m using the word futbol instead soccer
because I’m from Latin America and I don’t believe that American
football should be named football.
The Football
Gods By Bobby Miller. When you hear thunder this means that Ray
Lewis or Dick Butkus most likely just made an amazing and hard hit
on one of the offensive players.
Training And Conditioning Should
Be Sport Specific And Designed For The Individual. Athletes that are
fast twitch and explosive will generally perform poorly on tests of
aerobic capacity.
