Central Arizona College offers over Fifty university transfer programs and more than Ninety Degrees and Certificates in several areas of study. The newly opened Gloria R. Sheldon University Center has opened up even more opportunities for students who want to pursue bachelor-level course choices.

With course work ranging from accounting to welding, along with an Honors program and several student organizations and clubs, the college can help you reach your career and educational goals.

The important finding of the study was that vigorous activity was associated with longevity. Non-vigorous activity was not associated with longer life.

When possible, people with chronic illnesses, such as cancer, are advised to engage in mild to moderate physical activity to increase strength, endurance and energy.
