the benefits of playing sport by nikky rodriguez
There are a lot of sports around the world. The
most commonly played are soccer, baseball, basketball, hockey, golf,
and boxing but those only are the most common sports bur there are
many more. Sports are usually played to have fun or to spend the
time. Sports are more than just a physical
activity, because it can help a lot in a person’s life and what is
around that person. Personally when I hear the word sports I
immediately think in soccer because that my favorite sports. When
I’m in the field I get nervous even thought I been playing soccer
since I can remember but I guess it’s the passion for soccer. Soccer
has made a difference in my life and I’m sure that in my community
too. I’m playing soccer because it’s a good way to stay healthy and
safe of the streets. I am who I am today because of many things I have experienced, and people
I have known, but sports have had the foremost effect on my life. I
have played baseball since I was 4, basketball since I was 8, and
football since I was 11, and I have learned more from sports than
anything else.

If more young kids or even older people get involve
in any kind of sport they will find a lot of benefits for them. By
being in a sport I learned a lot of things, like working as a team.
Working together is the best way to accomplish something. And I also
learned about my own mistake and how to solve them without blame it
to others. Soccer has kept me away from the dangerous streets of my
neighborhood. The difference that a sport has made in my life is
priceless it also made me strive for more.
Sports also make a difference in a community by
keeping the children involved in a sport so they will not join a
gang and get kill. Also to prevent that our kids start using drugs
and having sexual relationships in a young age. It also promotes a
healthy life style for those kids that are overweight. If the people
exercise once in a while they will feel good about themselves and
the chances to prevent a bad health condition will decrease
radically. I also didn’t feel like if was working out because I was
having fun and I wasn’t thinking about exercise and I was doing
something good to help my body and mind. |
I play soccer because I like it. It is ma
passion, even thought I’m not really good at it I leave
everything in the field and that make me feel good about me and
there’s always a goal to get better and better. Soccer has made
a difference in my life because if I’m focus on soccer and I can
stop thinking about my problems and basically it cheers me up
and the rest of the soccer players too. The main purpose that I
join a soccer team was because I didn’t wanted to be at home
just watching TV and using the computer because it isn’t healthy
and its not gong to make a difference in me.
No matter what’s your favorite sport, what do
matter is that what you play for and what that sport is doing
for you. Joining a sport is a good way to feel good physical and
mentally. The benefits that sports offer are innumerable. It’s
going to give you a lot of unforgettable moments and
experiences. The world is also changing because of sports so if
it is changing the world it can change our life and we can also
follow a career in sports and we would be doing what we love and
what passionate us and making money at the same time.

ahead.

with pride every time I play for my school.
How Sports Have
Affected The Person I Am Becoming by Dajun Godwin. Confidence in yourself doesn’t always come easy. Acquiring confidence in oneself can be
hard to find, however, I was fortunate enough to build that
confidence in myself when I began playing sports.
